Mark the profile as Administrator and click on Ok 8. After the new profile is created, go back to the 'User Accounts' screen, click on your user and then on 'Properties'. On ‘Switch to Local Account’ screen, type User Name, Password and click on Next. Choose a name and password for this profile and then proceed 6. When prompted, enter your current Microsoft Account Password and click on Next. Thats It, your new Admin Account will replace the old account. In the resulting dialog, select the old account and click Remove. Click the Start Button, type netplwiz and hit Enter. In the right-pane, click on Sign-in with a local account instead link. Follow the prompts to create a new account. Go to Settings > Accounts > select Your Info in the left-pane. In order to Switch Microsoft Account to Local Account, you need to be logged-in to the computer using Microsoft Account. Switch Microsoft Account to Local User Account The first option deletes all Files, Photos and Data located in your Microsoft Account, while the second option keeps all your files intact and removes Microsoft Account from your computer. If you do not want to login to the computer using Microsoft Account, you can either Remove Microsoft Account from your computer or convert Microsoft Account to Local User Account.
